Gonna Have Fun Sorting the Scraps!

 In my last post I mentioned that I was on the fence about two color card brands. After some thought and a little more research, my decision was clear! By the end of the day on June 29 I had placed the order for the Zollie cards. And it must have been meant to be because on July 1.....

My package arrived (and it was even USPS!) It was packed REALLY well and took a little to get into the heart of this box. And I was getting more and more excited! 

With the box finally open it felt like I had found the treasure! The main box was sturdy and the footprint was small! This tool will definitely go fabric shopping with me! 

Wrapper off! The cards were neatly packaged and actually had zip endings (I guess that is the proper name) to help remove the cellophane wrap. 

Two packs and the cutest instruction booklet! And it all fits together in that one little box. Perfect, as I am known for putting things in safe places! 

And I finally was able to fan the cards out. The colors a gorgeous! I cannot wait to try this! I did find the challenge cards that are included in the deck. They seem to be a great learning tool, but at first glance I'm not sure this will be so difficult! Actually, it is going to be my new favorite card game! 

I do just happen to have a fabric panel that has been a bit "testy" coordinating fabrics to border the panel. Next effort: to work on that!
